Gianiinspirations.com understands the no matter how hard we try to satisfy you, sometimes things just seem different when you try it on, or your trend in style changes. If you are absolutely not satisfied, you may return your product for a refund within 7 days of shipment. This excludes all custom orders.
Returns:
1. Obtain an authorized return #: To get an authorized return #, you may either call us, or E-mail us with your product number and credit billing information. We will reply back with an authorized number, which you must write down and ship with the product.
2. Packaging your return: Place items safely and securely into one box, include all necessary documents or papers, which we notify of in our E-mail. Please do not make legible on the box or anywhere around it that the box contains diamonds, gold, silver, jewelry or any sort of items as such.
3. Shipping How To’s:
By using the following method, you guarantee yourself that the package has been sent, and is verified. In order to do this you should at least have it be sent with FedEx Ground, or US Postal Ground with Insurance (signature required) and a tracking number. Once you have shipped it, E-mail us the tracking number so we can confirm your shipment. This makes for a safe, valid and quick refund.

Exchanges:
To exchange a product for something, please contact us either by phone or E-mail and we will gladly ship out something else that you prefer more. We do not cover the fee of the shipment to us, only the exchange item back to you. When doing an exchange follow the same procedures as a return.
Return Process
Gianiinspirations.com will inspect and confirm the condition of the product once we receive it. For a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. All products go through inspection and testing before they are shipped to you, therefore we expect it to be the same condition when sent back. Returns take about 8 business days to process once the item is with us. Gianiinspirations.com will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using same payment method used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to be listed after the product has reached us.
Required Conditions of Return
A shipment package without an authorized return # will not be accepted for refund.
-Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from Gianiinspirations.com within 7 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
-Custom orders (engravings, sizing, full custom order, etc.) will not be eligible for a refund, only under certain circumstances will they be eligible for an exchange.
